By accessing or using https://tchmassage.ca (the “Site”), operated by TCH Massage (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, not to copy or scrape its content without permission, and not to use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

3. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by TCH Massage or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

4. Information, not a binding offer

Content on the Site, including descriptions of our services and any pricing, is for general information only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or professional advice. Quotes are provided separately and confirmed in writing.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are booked with your therapist on their own booking service; sending a message through this site is not a booking and does not confirm an appointment.

A cancellation or no-show is charged 50% of the appointment price.

Direct billing to most insurance companies is available; ask your therapist when you book.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCH Massage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TCH Massage against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
